By using the x3tBot service ("Service") of x3tBot, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms Of Service") and our privacy policy. You are advised to check the Privacy Policy from time to time for any updates or changes that may affect you.

  • • We do not guarantee the quality, safety, morality, legality, truthfulness, or accuracy of the content provided by the users of the Service in the communication channels provided by us.

  • • Your participation in the Service, including your creation of content for the Service, does not make you an employee or affiliate of x3tBot Services and you will not be compensated for such activities.

  • • We have the right, but not the obligation, to remove any content in whole or in part at any time for any reason, without notice at any time.

Refund Policy

Since www.x3tbot.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is installed.
As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.

You have 7 days to ask for a refund, else you agree that x3tBot its installed and working correctly on your teamspeak and also accept that, there will be no refunds in full or in part for any 'not as advertised' or malfunction claims once a license has been activated and license time starts being used. We will refund your purchase in full in case of errors in transactions or any other issue up to 7 days following the date of purchase as long as your purchased license has not yet been activated on an account.

You agree to contact us and try to resolve a situation amicably before engaging in a formal dispute against a purchase that you have made. You agree to pay for all related costs associated with disputes and chargebacks initiated by you which are without merit or deemed against this refund policy,
